FLY Manufacturing, LLC was created in December 2007. Our goal is to provide quality contract programming and part modeling to Wichita Area Machine Shops.

Our customers have 100% rights to all files we used or created to support their machining needs. This is turn takes any shop that we work with that doesn’t have Catia will basically be ready to go when and if they have Catia Capability.

We have machined Titanium, steel and High Speed Aluminum applications.
 


Experience:

·15 years experience in the Machine Technology world.

·2 years in Machine Technology.

·7 years running and setting up 3-4-5 axis machines.

·3 years programing Mazatrol.

·6 years as a full time programmer.

Austin NC post processor

 Dell Precision 690 Workstation

Dell Precision Laptop for onsite use

Soon to be working with:

Vericut with Machine Simulation
